Shopping

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the Navigation to the left of each page. When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your size and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "add to basket" button. Click on the "Size Chart" link at the bottom left of the page if you need help with sizing.
 
Purchasing & Payment

Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button at the top of your page. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request.

We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. Please quote your order number in all communications.

If you are shopping from outside the U.K. for example North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Payment is taken in full when you click the 'Confirm' button on the Payment Page of this website.

If there is a problem with payment, you will be advised the nature of the problem with an error message when you click the 'Confirm' button.

If your payment is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to the account holders email address. This is an automatic email and does not indicate acceptance of your order. Your order is only accepted when it is dispatched from SS Moore Sports

Back Orders

If in the unliekly event your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Shipping & Handling
Important Notice: If your parcel is delivered by a courier, DO NOT ACCEPT IT IF IT IS DAMAGED or RIPPED. If you do accept the parcel it must be signed for as damaged.If you fail to do this, SS Moore Sports cannot be held responsible for any missing items and you will be liable for them.
