SS Moore Ltd. is an established sports retail shop situated in the City Centre of Belfast. It has enjoyed success in sports retail for over 55 years. The founder of the shop Mr SS Moore was local hero in the 1950's as an Olympic Water Polo Player, Amateur International Footballer and Golfer. He built his business on his personal success and became specialised in professional sportswear. His son, Mr John Moore continued to expand the business further with immense vision in this growing market, to offering a specialised service to the sports enthusiast both in the North and South of Ireland.

SS Moore Ltd has an established brand name, which has attributes such as quality product, personal attention and has attracted a loyal customer base. John Moore has requested that any e-commerce strategy reinforces these core values and builds on them.

Our aim was to critically evaluate the effects of a traditional organisation making the move from its "bricks and mortar" environment to that of "clicks and mortar".
