Payments

SSM Sports must receive payment of the whole of the price of the Goods before the Goods are despatched to the Buyer. SSM Sports accepts payment from all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and American Express.

If SSM Sports does not have sufficient stock of all or some of the Goods in the Order, SSM Sports shall notify the Buyer by e-mail informing the Buyer and if payment has been taken, SSM Sports shall credit the Buyer's credit card or debit card account with the price of the Goods which were unavailable. SSM Sports shall use its reasonable endeavours to credit the Buyer's account as soon as is reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 30 days from the date of the transaction. SSM Sports will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Stock and Availability

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are always in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of supply. Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page. For example "Available within 7 days" If an item is out of stock on our web site, and we cannot get any more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale. However, if there is an item you are really trying to get hold of, email us at Customer Services with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.

Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

• Nike Teamwear Orders often have to be specially ordered from Nike and can take longer

• Products on Pre-Order or Products that are not in stock at the time of ordering

• Credit Card Checks - sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card

• Shirts with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra few days to despatch.

Please note that once a name and squad number have been printed on the shirt, unless the shirt is faulty we cannot provide a refund or exchange the shirt even if that player subsequently leaves the club or his squad number changes during his career at the respective club.

Please note: The products illustrated on this web site are as seen. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. SSM Sports accept no responsibility for variances in colour or style due to the settings on the users monitor.

SSM sports reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, prices of products and conditions of sale.

Sales Tax

For any customer purchasing adult clothing and souvenirs inside Europe, VAT is included at the standard UK rate of 17.5%. Childs clothing is exempt from VAT in the UK is therefore charged at 0% thus no tax is added in the price quoted by SSM Sports Ltd.

For any customers purchasing outside the European Union, all purchasers are exempt of UK VAT and SSM Sports do not charge VAT. Products are shown inclusive of VAT, but this will be recalculated when you purchase your goods.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery and Shipping

We strive to keep all of the items featured on our web site in stock. If all of the products in your shopping basket are marked as "Available for immediate dispatch" then you should receive your order within 1 to 3 days of submitting your order if you live in the UK , and between 3 and 5 days if you are overseas.

If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready.

We currently use Royal Mail Standard Delivery and Special Delivery for all UK addresses and DHL for our International Customers.

Should your order be marked as available for immediate dispatch and it fails to reach you within the times quoted above, then please contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to assist.

SSM Sports Returns Policy

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.

To return an item please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

If you require an exchange our returns center will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the returns slip with you return code.

If the item is defective, all UK customers please contact Customer Services on 028 90 322966

Overseas customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. SSM Sports will refund you the cost of your return shipping charges if you include a receipt.

Please note the following exceptions to this policy:

Videos, PC and PlayStation games and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty.

Items that have been customised e.g. shirt printing, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty.

All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.

We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
